His extensive expertise ranges from medical malpractice and personal injury to wrongful discharge, wrongful death, family law, trademark and anti-trust. Joshua Kricker obtained his juris doctorate from Antioch School of Law. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, with a minor in sociology, from Southern Connecticut State University.  Joshua has conducted dozens of major felony trials and appeals. Notable accomplishments include obtaining acquittal in landmark felony case (State v. Elijah Rose), and obtaining judgment of acquittal from the court in a criminal case without it being submitted to the jury (State v. William Gelormino). Prior to that time, no judgment of acquittal had been granted in that judicial district in four years.
